Cardio classes are designed not only to build our cardio and endurance, but to also build our minds and bodies. It is for anyone who would like to get into better shape, loose a few pounds, or just to maintain a healthy life style. Beginners coming in work at their own pace with quality instructions given. The more advanced can challenge themselves to a very vigorous workout. Cardio classes are once a week here at H+H, and they are for any teen or adult that wishes to get a great workout. You don't have to be in our martial arts program to enjoy this amazing workout. This class is a one hour workout on Wednesday nights and is a very low cost workout class. Feel free to call and ask about it or stop in on a Wednesday night. It's always a good time to exercise. Come workout with a group to give you that extra motivation to push yourself.
